Often my favorite show moments are from other peoples rides, from the general atmosphere of the show, something that someone said that turned out to be more right then even they knew, or when you're on your horse and you know that everything is just going perfectly. One of my favorite show moments is from a cross country day quite a while ago; my trainer at the time was galloping a long stretch (the field is near train tracks) and a train came up next to her and it looked like they were racing. The announcer started to call it like they do at the race track, and everyone started to laugh, it was a light moment in a somewhat tense atmosphere that made us all remember that this is fun as well as hard work. Oh yeah, the train won.
