This is a dummy home page for testing css layout.

The menu items below the masthead are not live yet. (Except for Join.)
Channel menus are live. Channel pages show the correct object and layout.
Some of the links in the footer are live.
All ads are live.
There's a test setup of Forums.
The site info (users online, etc) portlet’s layout is fixed. The login/logout is now tracked in users online.
The page-print function is about 90% correct (currently prints the leaderboard ad instead of the masthead).

Actual content should follow soon.
